La Natura, struttura per eccellenza, è spesso compromessa dall’azione dell’uomo e per recuperare le sue funzioni ha bisogno di risorse e di spazio a volte davvero minimi.
Le Strutture create dall’uomo sono perlopiù ancora rigide e incapaci di autoripararsi, hanno però aspetti affascinanti quando si guastano e le loro performance diventano fonti di ispirazione.
Ogni struttura rotta fornisce spunti interessanti da indagare e combinare, un viaggio affascinante nello spazio di rigenerazione attraverso un suono fluido ed essenziale, quasi un silenzio, il suono dell'equilibrio.

Juan Antonio Nieto Arroyo, noto anche come Pangea (Madrid, 20 gennaio 1961- Madrid, 27 febbraio 2022), è stato un artista del suono spagnolo che firma alcune delle sue opere con il nome di Pangea. Il suo lavoro è stato pubblicato da case discografiche di tutto il mondo come Trente Oiseaux, Mandorla, Experimedia, Impulsive Habitat, Idiosyncratics, Luscinia, AMP o Audiotalaia, tra gli altri. Nieto ha collaborato con alcuni dei più prestigiosi artisti dell'avanguardia mondiale, come il compositore classico brasiliano Leo Alves Vieira, con il quale ha collaborato con il Quarteto de Cordas da Grota, il compositore serbo Igor Jovanovic, lo scrittore giapponese Kenji Siratori che ha fornito la voce alle sue composizioni, la giradischi americana María Chávez, la videoartista argentina Laura Focarazzo, una collaborazione che ha vinto il premio Diario de Levante al Festival Incubate di Valencia nel 2012, il percussionista greco Chris Silver T., il musicista argentino Luís Marte, l'artista tedesco Kris Limbach, il musicista spagnolo Javier Piñango con il quale ha formato un duo stabile, il duo spagnolo Oikos, il musicista svedese Metek, il videoartista Roland Quelven, o il musicista colombiano David Vélez, quest'ultimo lavoro è stato considerato il miglior album dell'anno 2007 dalla rivista Earlabs. La sua musica è stata inclusa in varie installazioni artistiche come il Círculo de Bellas Artes di Madrid, il Centro Culturale di Spagna a Buenos Aires, il festival Fuga Lab, il Festival Moozak di Vienna o il festival cinematografico Abstracta di Roma.
Juan Antonio Nieto Arroyo, also known as Pangea (Madrid, January 20, 1961- Madrid, February 27, 2022), was a Spanish sound artist who signs some of his works under the name of Pangea. His work has been published by record companies around the world such as Trente Oiseaux, Mandorla, Experimedia, Impulsive Habitat, Idiosyncratics, Luscinia, AMP or Audiotalaia, among others. Nieto collaborated with some of the most prestigious avant-garde artists in the world, such as the Brazilian classical composer Leo Alves Vieira, with whom he worked with the Quarteto de Cordas da Grota, the Serbian composer Igor Jovanovic, the Japanese writer Kenji Siratori who provided the voice to his compositions, the American turntablist María Chávez, the Argentine video artist Laura Focarazzo, a collaboration that won the Diario de Levante prize at the Incubarte Festival in Valencia in 2012, the Greek percussionist Chris Silver T., the Argentine musician Luís Marte, the German artist Kris Limbach, the Spanish musician Javier Piñango with whom he formed a stable duo, the Spanish duo Oikos, the Swedish musician Metek, the video artist Roland Quelven, or the Colombian musician David Vélez, this last work was considered the best album of the year 2007 by Earlabs magazine.
